Processing and Shipping:

Confirmed orders are shipped same day if paid prior to noon PST. Orders ship standard with 2-day shipping. 2 day shipping times are not guaranteed and are estimates based on paid carrier speed (2-day air packages) Sleepy Bear does not provide any guarantees or credits for delayed shipments due to shipping carrier limitations or delays.

Terms of Sale:

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased contain cannabinoids derived from hemp. Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based on your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide.

Damage During Shipping:

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Claims on damage products must be made within 7 business days of receiving inventory.

Returns/Exchanges:

Returns/exchanges can be requested within 7 business days of receiving product.  Returns will be for product price only, shipping cost is nonrefundable.  Returns are based on inventory being in sellable / non damaged quality.  The purchaser will pay return shipping.

Best by date / Expiration Date:

Best by Date and Expiration Date are two seperate measurements.

Best by Date- All purchased product will have a minimum of 90 days for their best buy date from date of purchase.  Best by date is only a loose recommendation of freshness/best gummy quality and is not an expiration date.  Best by date is between 1 and 2 years from date of manufacturing and is variable depending on product/manufacturing technique and specific batch.

Expiration Date- All purchased product will have a minimum of 120 days for their expiration date from date of purchase.  All raw materials are shelf stable for up to 2 years with potency showing within industry lab testing standard of 15% variability (+/-) within 2 years of product manufacturing date.
